I don't know, not a stock that interests me much. I do know they will get a one of gain from getting rid of their copper network but the debt load these is huge and they seem to borrow more to pay higher divis which seems mad. But I guess the divi is keeping investors investors interested. What Carlos Slim sees interesting I don't know.
Happily I can find better debt-free co's that could perform better in mid to small caps.

There has been a recent price uplift following a period of stagnation caused when the ConVid PCR testing finally gave up the ghost, hitting profits. In the recent half year video update there was reference to the potential for profits to be derived from new diagnostic tests in which they are interested. Is it too pessimistic to what the WHO has in store for us?

I've been buying a few CAR.
Frank Dorenbosch looks like he may be the real deal imo and has the experience.
CAR could have a lot of hidden value if they can get the pension down.
