Thank you. I hold Eurocell but I closed DLAR. I want to see ECEL's trading update to decide whether to increase or sell and add the cash into other existing holdings so it's a trade that could become long term hold.
LIO doesn't fit my normal long term investment criteria about being able to 'understand' the business enough so it wouldn't make it. Dunno what I'd have dropped if I had put LIO in either, as sure as eggs is eggs the one I drop would out-perform LIO! Definitely has the potential to one-bag in a year tho and I'm holding a good amount.
I've just discovered your blog. Oh my, so much to learn. And I appreciate you don't do it for the money. (I regularly unsubcribe from blogs that turn to profit-operations - I always wonder, if they were such great investors, then why would they need my measly Euros?)
Hi CR, Thank you for taking the time and effort to share your years of wisdom. It can be lonely investing on your own and your commentary is a wonderful insight and easily understood. All the best for 2024 to you and your family. I am hoping Revolution Beauty can give Warpaint a run for its money and will be in my stock challenge list.
Thanks, I really enjoyed that. I had written RR off as having already done all it could. But after reading this I called up the long term chart and it's breathtaking. Also, it's an absolute classic example of the sort of successful investment highlighted in Weinstein's famous book - the price just keeps pulling the 20 day moving average up.
And thanks too for your previous mention of Avon which I researched after reading about it here and now hold.

Thank you Charlie - a very healthy and happy New Year to you too!
Thank you Ron, hope you are well. I still have your painting up on our wall of the fishermen at Mumbles. A happy and healthy New Year to you.
Hi Andrew, thank you. Agree about the loneliness of this game. Can make you take some poor decisions too.
I hope 2024 is good to you investing but more importatly as far as health and happiness goes.
It's a pleasure Michael and I'm pleased you researched Avon too, and came to that decision.

Great review CR! Excellently written as always! Do you still hold Eurocell & DLAR?
Typo sorry. Were you tempted....
Thanks CR for great in depth articles.
Quick question. We’re you tempted to add Liontrust to the top 5 given the potential in a rising market?
Thanks
Great review, thank you.
