Yes, Weis W isn't perfect. I'm not sure how it calculates but I guess based on rising vol and price and weakening vol and price. If it was perfect my life would be easy :-) It is a handy guide tho, and highlights a lot of good entry and exit points.

It’s interesting that you use the Volume Weis Wave as an indicator. I’m not clear on how it calculates each bar and then decides to switch to red/green but I have seen that you can get a ‘buy’ (green) bar for a few days only to have them switch to red and continue the red wave. Have you observed the same and any thoughts on that? TVM Chris
